UK COURIER & DELIVERY TIME 

WE ARE NOW OFFERING FASTER DELIVERY SERVICE IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS.

We Use different Couriers such as  DHL, DPD, UK Mail and Parcelforce.

Please provide a contact number with all orders, no orders will be shipped without a contact number. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your item is ready to be shipped; this allows you to follow it all the way to your door. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. A signature will be be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place, only if they have been directed too by yourself, if this is not applicable the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Average 12-15 working days, a signature is required on delivery. If you are out a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange collection yourself. If you fail to collect your item within the required time, it will be returned to us and re-dispatched at your cost.
