At The SYED Vintage Wholesale Company Ltd we are happy for the customer to return items for exchange, store credit or full refund. The SYED Vintage Wholesale Company Ltd offers return and will pay for the return postage and offer full refund in case the items are faulty or does not match the description on the website. 

We do try our best but there is always a possibility of human error due to nature of the business - Other Information: As you all know this is mix of vintage & modern pieces, we cannot guarantee the ratio of which you will receive. Please note, Items though being vintage/ second hand you may find marks which will just need a wash! We ALWAYS advise to wash every piece to maximise the profitability and sale.

 We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the products by the consumer. You can exchange your item for something else featured in our online store, or receive store credit to the value of your original purchase, excluding shipping costs. If in the result of a full refund, The SYED Vintage Wholesale Company Ltd must be notified within 14 days of the transaction been completed. You will be entitled to a refund from The SYED Vintage Wholesale Company Ltd which will be paid as soon as possible, in an any event within 5 days.

If you cancel your order with us you must return the goods back to us immediately and in the same condition they were sent out in, When returning items we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the goods in return transit and we reserve the right to charge you in the event of loss or damage of the goods. If the items were made specifically for you or clearly personalised, you will not have any right to cancel the order. A full refund will be refunded by us within 5 days of us receiving the goods returned.

We sell the highest quality vintage clothing around, we have a team specifically grading items for there individualists, sometimes we do come across pieces that have slight defects but our experienced team feel the piece is still unique enough to grade and offer to you as our customer.

We spend a lot of time quality checking each piece and any of these signs of wear we record within our detailed descriptions and sometimes photographs were applicable, however on extremely rare occasions some small marks may be missed so please be aware of this when buying from our vintage collection as there is always a possibility of 30% Human Error when buying loose items
